Welcome to ColoradoJo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of coloradojo.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — we believe informed collecting starts before checkout.

About ColoradoJo

ColoradoJo LLC is a Colorado-based business offering authentic, master-made Native American jewelry and curated Southwest pieces, built on relationships with Navajo silversmiths and other Indigenous artists. We are a proud member of ATADA (Association of Tribal Art Dealers), and we hold ourselves to the standards of provenance and authenticity that membership represents.

Authenticity & Provenance

Every piece sold on ColoradoJo is represented to the best of our knowledge and research at the time of listing. We provide the artist, materials, and background information available to us, and we stand behind the authenticity of what we sell.

That said:

• Older and vintage pieces may carry incomplete documentation, as is common with pawn, estate, and secondary-market Native American jewelry. Where provenance is uncertain, we say so.

• Stone and material identifications reflect our best professional assessment. Natural materials vary, and identification is not a substitute for formal gemological certification.

• Artist attributions are made in good faith based on hallmarks, documentation, or direct relationships with the maker; unsigned or unhallmarked pieces are noted as such.

We encourage every collector to review listing details closely and reach out with any questions before purchasing. Collecting with intention means collecting with information — we want you to have it.

Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through the Site’s secure checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. Once an order is confirmed, we consider it a binding purchase.

Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Because each piece we carry is one-of-a-kind and sold with full disclosure of its condition, materials, and provenance to the best of our knowledge, we ask that you review all listing details and photos carefully — and reach out with any questions — before completing your purchase. We’re always happy to answer questions, share additional photos, or clarify details prior to sale.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — photography, product descriptions, branding, and design — is the property of ColoradoJo LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, ColoradoJo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products purchased through it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
